English-Speaking Property Care in Abruzzo

Abruzzo Property & Garden Care grew from our own experience of buying and looking after property in Abruzzo while spending much of our time outside Italy.

We quickly discovered that finding someone locally who speaks English and can simply keep an eye on a property, maintain the garden and provide straightforward updates isn't always as easy as you might expect.

It's particularly important during a renovation. While you're dealing with builders, paperwork and everything happening inside the house, the grass, weeds and surrounding land continue to grow. And when you're hundreds of miles away, even something as simple as checking how the property looks after bad weather can be difficult.

That's the gap we fill. A practical, English-speaking local service for owners who aren't in Abruzzo all year round, whether the property is being renovated, used as a second home or simply needs looking after between visits.
